Rich Access is a premium lifestyle and concierge service.

Rich Access sources, arranges and coordinates experiences with third party suppliers such as restaurants, venues, ticketing partners, accommodation providers and transport operators.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Rich Access acts as an arranger and not as the provider of the restaurant, event, accommodation, transport or other experience. The relevant supplier remains responsible for delivering its service.

Where a booking is made with a third party supplier, that supplier's terms, restrictions and policies also apply.

A request is not confirmed until Rich Access confirms it. Availability depends on the specific request and the relevant provider.

Any initial availability, estimate or proposal may change before confirmation. You should not make connected travel or other commitments until the complete arrangement is confirmed.

A quote will identify the available service, known supplier costs and any Rich Access fee. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid only for the period shown and remains subject to availability.

A contract is formed only when you accept the stated terms, any required payment has been received and Rich Access sends confirmation.

You are responsible for paying the agreed Rich Access fees and supplier charges by the stated deadline. Failure to pay on time may result in availability being released.

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the relevant service and third party provider. Some bookings or service fees may be non refundable once confirmed.

You should tell Rich Access promptly if you wish to change or cancel an arrangement. We will explain any supplier charges or additional costs before processing a change where practicable.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a request and to comply with the rules of any venue, event or provider involved.

You are responsible for checking names, dates, travel documents, visa requirements, dietary information, accessibility needs and all confirmation details before accepting an arrangement.

You must not use the service for an unlawful purpose, resell a booking without permission, or behave in a way that risks harm to Rich Access, a supplier or another person.

Travel times, event schedules and supplier arrangements can change. You are responsible for arriving on time and holding the passports, visas, insurance and other documents required for your trip or experience.

Where circumstances outside reasonable control affect an arrangement, we will help communicate available options but cannot guarantee an alternative or refund beyond the relevant supplier's terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that protection, Rich Access is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the arrangement was confirmed.

The website is provided for personal, lawful use. Its branding, written content and design may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but may update, suspend or withdraw content without notice.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Rich Access Privacy Policy. Information necessary for a request may be shared with the relevant suppliers and service providers.
